The Women’s Railroad™ exists to reach women who need it. Organisations play a vital role in making that happen. If your work aligns with our mission, we welcome your support.

SHARE THE GUIDE

If you work with women who may be experiencing domestic abuse, you may request permission to share the guide directly with those you support. The following conditions must be met in full:

  • Prior written consent from TWR™ must be obtained before sharing the guide
  • The guide must be shared in full and without modification
  • Credit must be given to The Women’s Railroad™ and IMGG Ltd
  • The guide may not be reproduced, rebranded, or redistributed for commercial purposes

Use of The Women’s Railroad Branding

The Women’s Railroad™ name, logo, and materials may not be reproduced, printed, or displayed in association with any organisation, event, or campaign without the prior written consent of IMGG Ltd. Any permitted use must clearly attribute all materials to The Women’s Railroad™ and IMGG Ltd in the form specified by TWR.

Requests for permitted use must be directed to team@imgg.co.uk prior to any use of materials.

Become a Listed Supporter

Organisations that formally endorse The Women’s Railroad™ may be listed on our Supporters page. Listing is assessed at the discretion of IMGG Ltd and confers no rights over TWR™ materials, branding, or the guide.

To be considered for listing, organisations must:

  • Be an active, verified organisation with demonstrable work supporting women experiencing domestic abuse
  • Operate in alignment with the values of The Women’s Railroad and be able to evidence this on request
  • Not have misrepresented, reproduced, or redistributed TWR materials without prior written consent
  • Provide a formal statement of endorsement for publication, approved by TWR before use
  • Understand that listing may be withdrawn at any time if an organisation’s conduct becomes inconsistent with our values or if TWR™ materials have been misused

PARTNER WITH US

We consider partnership requests from organisations whose work directly serves women experiencing domestic abuse. Proposals are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We are a small, independent project. We prioritise partnerships that create direct value for the women we serve and that do not compromise the integrity or independence of The Women’s Railroad.

To propose a partnership, contact team@imgg.co.uk with a brief outline of your organisation and what you are proposing.

Our Conditions for All Engagement

  • The Women’s Railroad™ guide must remain free and accessible at all times
  • The intellectual property of The Women’s Railroad and IMGG Ltd must be respected in all uses
  • Any use of our name, logo, or materials must be approved in advance by IMGG Ltd in writing
  • TWR™ reserves the right to withdraw any permission or listing at any time and without notice
  • All enquiries must be directed to team@imgg.co.uk
